Course Description:
Creating and delivering presentations is a necessary skill for many in public works, whether presenting to elected officials, residents, or colleagues. This 90-minute session will provide attendees with general best practices to improve presentation and communication skills.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will discuss the specific challenges of presenting virtually.
- Participants will learn methods to deliver effective and engaging presentations to their audience.

Anyone working in Public Works, Engineering, Recreation, or related public agency departments
